Answering phone calls and routing them accordingly
- Responding to general inquiries and questions about flooring products and services
- Create correspondence and content, including reports, letters, and memos
- Scheduling and managing appointments, estimates, and jobs
- Welcoming visitors to the business and directing them to the appropriate people
- Coordinating relationships with clients, vendors, and others
- Other office or admin tasks that the store needs, including keeping the store tidy and clean.
