**Role**
We are looking for an Administration superstar that has a passion for education. In this role as a Practitioner Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Practitioner Relationship Manager with the management of the Kaplan Professional practitioner pool (tutor’s, assessors, SME’s, facilitators). This is a varied role with a high-level administrative support and other duties across a wide range of higher education and vocational education courses and corporate programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the on-boarding of new practitioners (e.g., orientation of the internal Learning Management System and other relevant internal procedures)
- Maintain and develop training resources and guides used by practitioners
- Support practitioners as one of the points of contact for queries and escalations, and work with relevant business units to resolve practitioner issues promptly (e.g., responding to student queries and complaints in a timely and appropriate manner)
- Timely and effective monitoring and the practitioner inbox and other associated workflows throughout the academic year
- Adhoc and scheduled regular communications and reminders via various channels to practitioners

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar administration role (essential)
- Education Industry experience (highly regarded)
- Demonstrated and advanced organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (with excellent diligence)
- Excellent customer experience and service skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and other computer skills
- Qualification related to education and/or financial services (e.g., TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment) (desirable)
