Community Care Workers Needed for Immediate Start

**The Role**
You will deliver individual and person-centred support that enhances your clients' independence, social and community participation. A typical day will see you supporting a diverse range of clients in their homes and in the community by providing assistance with the following:
- Personal care
- Domestic Assistance
- Medication Monitoring
- Social Support and Companionship
- Transport
- Respite Care
**About You**
- Minimum Certificate III in Aged/ Community Care, Disability or Individual Support AND/OR proven experience in the field
- Motivated to provide essential care with empathy, professionalism, kindness and dignity

**You will also need or be willing to obtain the following**:
- Current Police Check and Working with Children's Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (includes Police Check)
- Valid working rights in Australia
- First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009)
- Mandatory competencies
- Current Drivers Licence and reliable transport
