**The Opportunity**: - Optional part time 4 days a week

Join our high performing and collaborative People & Culture team where you will make a tangible difference and positive impact in driving key engagement and performance initiatives. Your operationally focus is to maintain, (or establish and embed for new initiatives) reward, people analytics and reporting frameworks (such as manager and employee dashboards) to make informed decisions for P&C, Managers and Employees when considering current and future business and talent needs. This role reports into our Group Director and you will be the custodian of all people data and responsible for the overall data integrity and functionality.

**You will**:

- Overseeing and delivering the annual remuneration and performance bonus review process, including completion of remuneration benchmarking and market remuneration assessment.
- Work collaboratively with the national P&C team to bring innovation and automation to our existing practices eg. remuneration review, to help Urbis remain at the forefront of operational excellence.
- Partner with P&C Operations team to maintain awareness of Award provisions relevant to Urbis, and impact on Urbis policy or it's programs.
- Establishing P&C /Manager / People dashboards essential to drive workforce insights (current and future), self-service and decision making through the intelliHR system (part of Wave 2 of the project plan);
- Collaborating closely with I&D on dashboards as well as the Business Integration team to help integrate data sources and automate reporting.
- Be the product owner of the people system intelliHR;
- Take ownership on remuneration and benefit advice to business leaders and P&C team.

Data Analysis and Reporting
- Develop dashboard reporting for the business in relation to agreed workforce reporting to our leadership team ie Quarterly analysis and metrics including: turnover, exit interview feedback, diversity and inclusion, new hire attrition and leave analysis
- Build and drive continuous improvement through the collection and analysis of workforce data reporting, analytics, insights, and trends.
- Maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders to keep on the pulse of what is important to the leadership team and build relevant analysis and interpretation.

**About You**:

- Minimum 5-8 years' work experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner/Operational or HR Analytics
- Highly analytical with a passion for data, reporting and systems
- Awareness/knowledge of data privacy and legal issues relating to the collection, analysis and sharing of data.
- Good operational experience with P&C processes and systems, relating to workforce reporting, recruiting, learning, performance management and overall people data.
- High degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Strong team contributor, able to work in a virtual environment. Self-starter, self-motivated and able to work with specific but mínimal direction.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Intermediate experience using MS Office 365
