**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are currently looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our Forrestfield team working **7.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. **This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to learn about the transport industry because you will be assisting almost every department by,
- Managing the reception area
- answering and directing call
- Greeting of Visitors
- Administration duties as required.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**

The successful applicant will be motivated, bright, organised, and can work with mínimal supervision.
- minded individual who is self-motivated.

Additionally, it will be beneficial if you have,
- Geographical knowledge of Western Australia areas and towns
- Experience in the transport industry
- Experience in a receptionist /administrative role
- Professional, reliable, well presented, and friendly demeanour
- High standard of verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
