**Your new company**
**We are currently seeking a certificate III OR Diploma of Early childhood education and care to work at an amazing Early Learning Centre based in Northern Beaches Council. This is a small family owned 36 place centre which has been operating at Freshwater on Sydney’s beautiful Northern Beaches since 1999. The centre’s vision is to provide an extension of the home for the children and their families whilst delivering the highest quality educational outcomes. Their vision is to create an environment that promotes learning in a safe, secure, caring, and nurturing way. They aim to foster in each child a sense of self-worth, a curiosity for lifelong learning and trust in the environment through respect and opportunity. The centre’s aim is to provide a “home away from home” within the community.

**Your new role**

This fabulous centre prides itself on welcoming family atmosphere and is keen to welcome a passionate, and motivated Certificate III or Diploma educator to join a dedicated team. You will surely feel privileged to be working with beautiful young minds and actively support scaffolding their learning and development through quality interactions with peers, parents, and carers to gain an understanding of themselves, the world around them and their place in it. All the educator’s partner with the children during this developmental journey with love, care, authenticity, and honest relationships and provide them with a safe space to flourish.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Certificate III or Diploma (early childhood education) approved by ACECQA
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and professionals.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with families, children, and other staff.
- Working knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Excellent social and communication skills.
- Valid working with children's check and first aid desirable.
