**The Opportunity: Educational Leader**
- **Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 5 days per week
- **Location: Chermside - The Prince Charles Hospital Grounds**:

- **Hours**: Up to 38 hours with flexibility
- **Compensation**: Up to $40 per hour + super

**We would love you to have**:

- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience as a room leader/educational leader
- Use your amazing coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices
- Identify areas of improvement and support educators in their planning
- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
- Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- A current Qld Blue Card
- Be passionate about a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for our children

**Our Centre**
**The Prince Charles Hospital Early Education Centre** is located on the grounds of the Prince Charles Hospital, off Hamilton Rd, Chermside. We offer amazing programs to our children and families and to the community with inter-generational activities and wellness programs as well as beach kindy, music programs and PMP.
