**Clark Rubber is a retail icon in the Australian market and is well known for its foam, rubber and pool categories.**

**We are seeking an outgoing and knowledgeable individual to join the team as a Casual Sales Assistant at our Hoppers Crossing store. This position will suit a person who is focused and motivated with a strong background in retail sales and solution selling.**

**_Key responsibilities include:_**

** Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service**

** Giving advice and solutions to customers**

** Achieving KPIs and sales budgets**

** Processing sales orders and quotes**

** Work in a team environment to help achieve business objectives**

** Stocking shelves with merchandise and general housekeeping**

** Set up in-store promotions and merchandising**

** Be involved in stock control and management**

** Receipting, managing and ticketing large amounts of stock**

** Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.**

** Dealing with customer refunds**

** Reporting discrepancies and problems to the management team**

** Water Testing for customers**

** Other tasks and duties as directed**

** An outstanding track record in driving sales and a customer service culture**

** Ability to work as part of a team**

** Effective time management skills**

** A passion and drive for Customer Service**

** High level of verbal and written communication skills**

** Outgoing and enthusiastic personality**

** Work in a fast paced team environment**

** Proficient computer skills**

** Commercial/Trade industry experience PREFFERED**

** Able to work weekends ESSENTIAL**
