**About the Business**

Our Procurement and Quality Assurance team supports all areas of DHS to manage the procurement of goods and services and provision of grant funding as well as managing the department's quality assurance standard.

**Role Details**

We currently have two roles available in an Ongoing capacity at an ASO4 level;
- Procurement and Grants Officer; and - Procurement and Systems Support Officer.
These roles will be assisted with low value end to end procurement processes, contract management processes such as variations and extensions and general administrative support.
The Procurement and Systems Support Officer will predominantly provide additional support to our Senior Financial Analyst in the maintenance of our centralised Procurement and Contract Management System, compliance with whole of government PARS reporting and financial spend analysis and reporting.

National Police Check required.
Some out of hours work may be required.

**Salary Range**: $76,561-$80,256 (ASO4)
