We provide services and technology to enable the circular lifecycle of a drink container, from purchase to collection, through to recycling and remanufacturing. Our services include IT technology, payments, brand experience, customer support, and materials trading.

Container Exchange Services (CES) is a joint venture between Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and Lion that was established to provide scalable and sustainable solutions for Container Deposit Schemes (CDS) in Australia and around the World. We power one of Australia’s largest recycling programs: Containers for Change.

As an organisation, we are in our third successful year of operation having grown rapidly in revenue and people. The business is undergoing massive growth through our existing recycling schemes and expanding into new states.

**Description**:
About the role

Container Exchange Services (CES) is looking for a UI/UX designer who is ready to take the next step to establish and evolve the design function CES.

As our UI Designer, we’ll call on your unique talents, skills, expertise and experience to turn our software solutions including Customer Portal, POS, Reporting tools and more into easy-to-use products for our B2C, B2B and B2B2C customers.

**Some of the key deliverables of the role**:

- Gathering and evaluating customer pain points through customer centric usability testing frameworks to ideate, validate and iterate designs in collaboration with Clients, Developers, Product Manager, Product Owners, Marketing and more
- Designing clean, simple and seamless user experiences for our digital Portals, POS, Reports and more
- Be comfortable in presenting your proposed solutions and designs to CES peers and Customers
- Designing and translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
- Co-creating end-to-end customer journey maps and user journeys
- Identifying UX pain points, monitor competitors and introduce best practice design principles in customer and business portals

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About you**:
you will have experience with establishing a design function, various design software and wireframe tools, and most of all a passion for placing the customer at the heart of all of your deigns. Additionally, you will have a passion for streamlining customer journeys, minimize clicks and increased customer engagement and satisfaction translating to leading NPS scores by our customers.

You are experienced working in a collaborative team, white-boarding, and working directly with developers for implementation of designs and possess outstanding communications skills enabling you to communicate your ideas and design with the team

**Additionally, you will bring to the role**:

- A minimum of 2 years proven experience in a similar design role - Solid understanding of graphic design and web technologies, and of wireframing tools such as Miro and Balsamiq or similar
- A Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience
- An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating user-centred design solutions
- Ability to pick up new tasks quickly and work with mínimal supervision
- Comfortable with an evidence-based approach to product design
- Problem-solving aptitude
