Are you passionate about workforce planning and driving operational excellence? Join RACQ as a Resource Planner and play a key role in supporting our roadside assistance operations through strategic scheduling and resource optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage resource schedules to meet service level targets and operational demands.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective planning solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain and enhance workforce planning frameworks to support continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and service level improvements.
About you:
- 1-3 years of experience in workforce/resource planning or a related operational role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
