**Job Description**:
Toll Group are searching for an experienced Operations Supervisor - Transport to coordinate the operational requirements for freight movements across our Minerals Oil and Gas customers to support customer production and business objectives. In this role, you will undertake sub-contractor engagements including safety monitoring, operational performance tracking, and accounts and invoicing reviews.

Based in Perth, this role reports into the Senior Logistics Manager and can enjoy being a part of a high performing and safety conscious team. Experience genuine career progression opportunities, and liaise with Tier One minerals, DG and heavy industry customers. This is a brand new position, managing a new contract for Toll, and requires advanced customer management and engagement abilities.

As the Operations Supervisor - Transport you will:

- Manage contractor management processes relevant to the planning, coordination and processing of the transport service requests.
- Assist with and management of transport services across the WA business unit lanes between Perth, Goldfields and Pilbara.
- Own the compliance and safety monitoring and safety activities of all transport services.
- Engage and manage the relationship between the business unit and the customer, ensuring a collaborative and productive relationship.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Demonstrated experience in transport and operational supervisor roles.
- Previous experience managing both internal and external customer relationships.
- Experience in the mining, and resources industry or DG experience highly regarded.
