**Overall Purpose of the Job**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Supervisor to join our Subsea team. The Operations Supervisor - Subsea will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of all operations for subsea for area of responsibility.

**Key Activities and Accountabilities**:

- Coordinating the workforce and technical requirements e.g. the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel to ensure actioned in line with clients’ requirements.
- Supervise wellsite crew and job planners, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
- Provide clear communication to staff through pre-job & post-job briefings.
- Utilise technical expertise to develop service solutions and source equipment per client needs.
- Effectively resolve service issues and maintain positive client relationships.
- Manage third-party services and equipment within your assigned location, including the tracking, management and return of rented equipment.
- Ensure that all incidents and non-conformances are reported in line with the appropriate procedures and deadlines; participate in incident investigations as required.
- Ensure all costs and required information is collated for the invoicing process to ensure their accurate completion in a timely manner.
- May be required to undertake an on-call rota to facilitate 24-hour coverage on operations performance /technical status to customer, team in the field and internal management when required.
- Liaise with client, operational team, management, and internal departments as and when required to ensure all aspects of the operations are discussed with the relevant parties to ensure effective communication to allow continued safe operations and task completion within deadlines.

**Job Knowledge and Qualifications**:

- 8+ years technical experience within Subsea or Completions including field experience.
- Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
- Proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Previous Team Leader/Supervisory experience.
- Strong safety awareness and the ability to influence safe working practices
