St Bede's Home located in Hurstville is our 44-bed residential aged care community. We pride ourselves on offering a home like environment that operates under Catholic Healthcare’s values of Compassion, Courage and Integrity.

We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Personal Care Assistants to join our team on a part time basis who can be available to work a range of shifts throughout the week. Our shift times are

**0645 - 1445 & 0645 - 1300 & 1430-2145**

As part of a dedicated team who work hard to create a safe, home like environment you will be responsible for:

- Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing
- Supporting with day-to-day tasks such as eating and social activities
- Working with clinical staff to ensure care plans are followed
- Maintaining documentation and working as part of a team to ensure our residents’ health and well-being are optimised
- Providing high quality service to families and the community

To be successful in this role you will need:

- A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a PCA role in Aged Care
- At least 3 days work availability
- A genuine passion for providing high quality care
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- Good computer skills with the ability to maintain documentation
- COVID vaccinated
