**About the role
Temporary part time opportunity To gain experience and proficiency in assessment and management of GN and Kidney vasculitis patients. Lead on service development to improve quality of care, patient experience and address perceived gaps in service. This includes the preparation and presentation of patients at the fortnightly vasculitis MDT, presenting new cases, and leading the discussion on treatment with support from consultant specialists in Nephrology, Rheumatology, and Immunology.
About you
Collaboration in the provision of efficient and effective inpatient, outpatient, and ambulatory care of patients.
Provide excellent clinical care in a patient centred and cost-effective manner.
Plan overall clinical care through comprehensive management plan/s.
Help patients share the responsibility of their management and care.
Provide ethical decision making in the achievement of organisational goals.
Utilise clinical practice guidelines and evidence-based care principles.
Participate as a member of the multi-disciplinary team.
