**Your Opportunity**:

- Be responsible for a range of operational tasks associated with a number of appropriations and allowances administered by the School Financial Resourcing Team.
- Provide operational advice and support to a wide range of departmental clients and participate in a multi-disciplinary team involved in providing financial services.

The Finance Officer reports to the Senior Finance Officer, School Financial Resourcing, Financial Strategy and Advice Unit, Finance, Procurement and Facilities Division.

**About the Role**:
As Finance Officer your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Process payments through the School Appropriation and Payment Application (SAPA) including undertaking data validation and document management.
- Assist with labour related data management and analysis in relation to school-based salaries.
- Identify a need for information and respond to requests for information by appropriately gathering and sourcing information for analysis, completing analysis, providing technical support and producing reports.
