**What You Will Be Doing**

The Food Services Assistant is responsible for food preparation, meal assembly and delivery of patient meals, serving of beverages and mid meal items, collection and cleaning of patient trays and utensils, and assistance with cleaning of all food service equipment. We currently have a permanent part time position available 22.5 hours per fortnight on a rotating roster (Shift Time 16.30 to 21.30) - with the ability to pick up additional shifts.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Current Food Hygiene certificate
- Good knowledge of Manual Handling and OH&S guidelines
- Flexibility in working a 7 day rotating roster
- Understanding of special dietary requirements.
- Experience in a healthcare environment (preferred)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively both as an individual and in a team environment.
