**About our client**
Located in the Western Brisbane Region, our well-regarded client is seeking a Production Worker who will be responsible for day-to-day activities in the Mixing Department. They are a family ran business, established over seventeen years ago. They have a proven track record of success in the plastics industry, this reflects in the extensive pipeline of orders placed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the mixing process meets agreed production schedules.
- Responsible for understanding and operating all factory equipment effectively, efficiently and to report any malfunctions of any equipment to the Floor Manager and or Executive Director.
- Ensure that each batch of production is manufactured in accordance with QC procedures.
- Responsible for ensuring that mixing/formulation records and outputs are prepared for each batch of products.
- Responsible for ensuring that mixing area is always kept clean.

**To be successful in the role, you will be able to demonstrate your ability in the following key criteria**:

- High level of Attention to detail
- A proactive working ethic with a professional working attitude
- Able to lift 25kg’s repetitively
- Forklift ticket (Desirable not essential)
- Follow instructions to a precise degree
