Your key duties will include:
- Welcoming clients with a friendly demeanor
- Answering phone calls and managing inquiries
- Diary management and scheduling
- Providing administrative support
- Managing accounts receivable
- Filing and archiving documents
- Database management

What we need from you:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role (desired)
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing demands in a VERY busy environment
- Articulate and friendly customer service with a sound understanding of client confidentiality
- Professional and friendly communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as an excellent team player
- High level of organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Keen interest in improving service delivery performance
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work quickly and cope well under pressure
- Dedicated and committed work attitude
- Passion for administrative quality and customer care, with a desire to find a long-term home for your amazing skills and grow with our company
