**Best & Less** is offering an exciting career opportunity for a Full-Time Team Member to join our passionate and supportive team at our Bendigo store in the Victoria. This role offers 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday availability required.

As a valued member of the Bendigo ‘**Bestie**’ team, you’ll be supported by a group that is genuinely invested in your success. With a down-to-earth approach, a shared passion for our product, and a strong team spirit, we create a workplace where you can thrive and enjoy coming to work.

**Your day will consist of**:

- Receiving stock
- Picking & packing individual customer orders
- Administration
- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork
- Ensuring the store is tidy and well presented

**About you**:

- Passionate about the customer experience
- Have a positive attitude
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Strong work ethic
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
