**About the role**:
We are seeking a highly ambitious Area Manager who is goal orientated and customer considerate to support our NSW East team.

This position has an overall contribute to the profitability, growth and return on investment of Baby Bunting, by ensuring the region meets its objectives of achieving sales and minimising expenses through managing people.

**About you**:

- Be organized, methodical, and detail-oriented, with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possess strong collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to lead via influence, in complex cross-functional environments.
- Have demonstrated passion for developing team members with a people-first approach to leadership and willingness to roll up your sleeves to achieve the team's end goals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and report on multiple projects concurrently, prioritising efforts, managing time effectively, and requiring mínimal supervision in the execution.
- Ability to build relationships and deliver outcomes in a remote working environment.
- Highly desirable to have experience in Retail systems.
