We look to engage an Analyst with a focus on SAP Plant Maintenance who can be located in a capital city along the east coast of Australia. This role will be a mixture of remote working and travelling (If required)

Our Analyst Program is aimed to encourage learning guided by hands-on involvement in project delivery, support and mentoring program.
- Conduct research and provide insight
- Learn about SAP technology and how it is applied in the business environment
- Develop consulting skills and understanding of EAM
- Draw upon your unique ability to problem solve and provide solutions
- Provide analysis, development, testing, and support

**Essential Functions**:

- Designs, builds, tests and deploys SAP EAM solutions in specific industry sectors.
- Uses expertise of specific industry sectors and best-practice business processes to deliver quality solutions to clients.
- Functions as an individual contributor to deliver quality solutions to SAP EAM clients.
- Works jointly with and provides support to Senior and Principal Consultants on project implementation plans.
- Completes SAP EAM implementation project activities, including requirement and data gathering, GAP analysis, business blueprinting, solution development, solution testing, user training, solution deployment, and post implementation support.
- Prepares and updates technical documentation.
- Identifies and analyzes problems, making solution design recommendations with supporting rationale and comprehensive data analysis.
- Keeps various stakeholders well-informed with appropriate information and project status.
- Conducts extensive testing of systems and solutions.
- Facilitates knowledge sharing with clients and user training, during and post implementation.
- Completes scheduled deliverables in accordance with deployment schedules.
- Prepares and delivers weekly status updates.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Required Qualifications**:

- ** years of related industries experience with detailed knowledge of business processes.
- Previous experience as an ERP/SAP Business User and wants to explore consulting. This could also include previous roles and experience as either a Business Analyst, SAP Support, or Asset Management roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Business or Engineering or equivalent experience.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Experience in an asset intensive organisation being medium to large-scale industries such as utilities, oil & gas, mining, aerospace & defense or transportation.
- SAP accredited certifications in the respective functional area or in interest in SAP technology and processes

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)**:

- Foundational understanding of EAM Systems and or Processes.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Advanced knowledge of best-practice business processes with detailed knowledge of specific functional areas.
- Ability to articulate and clearly communicate with clients, functional consultants, management teams, delivery teams, etc.
- Ability to manage various stakeholders, keeping them informed with appropriate information and status.
- Ability to effectively manage time to align with targeted delivery dates.
- Ability to organize and plan complex and concurrent activities.

**Work Environment and Special Considerations**:

- Works in a professional office and/or remote office environment.
- Routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, monitor, phones, and headsets. May also use white boards and/or virtual meeting rooms.
- Willingness to accommodate travel to support client engagements, typically 80% of the time.
