Due to significant growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, Turner & Townsend are seeking an Analyst in Melbourne.
- An Analyst will work within the Advisory team providing all the benefits of our expertise in a comprehensive and commercial service designed to guide any project successfully through the complexities of modern construction and engineering procurement, from inception to completion.
- As an Analyst, you will assist in terms of offering specialist advice to clients on procurement strategies, dispute resolution and litigation support.
- Specialist advice of services including intelligent procurement, claims management, case management and expert witness.
- Supporting the overall process including preparation of project documentation and assisting with claims and dispute resolution.
- Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.

**Qualifications**
- Experience with the provision of commercial support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Relevant work experience, ideally in a consultancy environment.
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.
- Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients and have the ability to work independently.
- A recognised Degree qualification, which may include but is not limited to, Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying, or a similar degree qualification in a commercial, legal or civil engineering/construction discipline.

**Salary**: $70,000 - $100,000 k package
