**Please note**: To ensure we can support our clients effectively, we’re only able to progress with Australian citizens who can obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
Operating Hours
This is a casual opportunity, required availability is a minimum of 22.5 hours per week across our operating hours.
Our operating hours are Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 7:00pm on a rotating roster with flexibility to support all of your out of work commitments.
**Please note**: Full time availability is required for the training period.
Skills & experience
- High attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Patience and empathy towards people in difficult situations
- A team player focus, working collaboratively to exceed expectations
- Clear communication skills to customers and stakeholders
- Punctual and reliable
- Experience adhering to KPI's
- Intermediate computer skills, ability to navigate multiple screens and a typing speed of 20WPM
- A willingness to complete a security clearance based on the Datacom account that you will be working on.
