**About the role**

The Customer Experience Manager helps ensure customers have a distinct and exceptional Coles customer service experience.

Reporting to the Operations Trading Manager, you’ll have full accountability in guiding and supporting service team members, allocating tasks, and providing customer service training. This is an excellent opportunity to take your retail leadership experience to the next level.
