It's all about the job:
Reporting into head of Marketing and Sales you will become an integral part of their journey as an Administration Assistant. You will drive the gears of their administrative machinery. Your role will involve diverse tasks, from managing office needs and maintaining client relations to coordinating events, handling reports, and managing their social media presence. Your organisational prowess, real estate insights (not essential), and proficiency in MS Office will be your greatest assets.
It's all about you:
You'll be contributing to the company's goal of delivering quality boutique residential properties so, if you're a proactive Administrative Assistant with an eye for detail and a customer centric approach, then this is your platform. This is a oppportunity to leverage your excellent communication skills, knack for organisation, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) to thrive. Your ability to multitask, prioritise, and excel in a fast-paced environment will set you up for success.
