We currently have a rare opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our Origin Maintenance team based in the Surat Basin (Miles/Roma/Condabri region).

You will be the back-to-back for our Maintenance Manager and will be responsible for supervising a team of up to 10-15 trades personnel.

This role will suit someone with a proven ability to closely manage multiple operations in multiple locations or sites while being able to effectively report to senior management and partner with our client to maximise and deliver common business goals.

14/14 roster - 11 hour days. DIDO for locals or FIFO ex Brisbane to Miles Airport.

**The Position**
- Provide leadership, management and operational support to the Delta FM Maintenance team
- Maintaining exceptional relationships with our client and local community
- Ensure site compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures to ensure a sustainable safety culture
- Define, implement and review the strategy for your sites, to increase efficiency and ensure that improvements maximise performance and customer satisfaction
- Prior experience in scheduling/planning complex work over multiple areas in a remote setting
- Ensure compliance with asset and maintenance process, practices and or procedures
- Develop strategic client relationships, and identify additional growth opportunities

**The Person**
- Remote Maintenance Management experience in the resources sector across multiple sites
- Trade qualification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC or building/construction industry supervision background (desirable)
- Ability to identify and implement new innovations within the facilities management industry
- Experience in Staff recruitment, retention, rostering, and subsequent management of both permanent and casual workforces.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels within the organisation, with a strong focus on team management
- Experience or qualifications in project and asset or infrastructure management desirable
