Maintenance Officer

**About the role**:

- Reporting to the Community Manager, this is a full-time position working Monday-Friday
- You will attend to various maintenance and minor repair requests to create a safe and pleasant environment for residents, visitors, staff and others
- Liaise directly with staff to ensure maintenance tasks & projects undertaken are safe and timely
- Be an approachable and friendly face to the residents as you attend to projects around the community
- Complete ad-hoc tasks in line with your skills to ensure the community is operating smoothly

**About you**:

- Experience in general domestic maintenance/repair tasks
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage multiple requests
- A friendly person willing to go the extra mile for the residents
- Current COVID-19 Vaccinations
