**Your day to day**

Reporting to the Hotel Services Manager, the Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for the performance of the hotel’s Food & Beverage Operation including Banquets and Outlets (Gazebo Restaurant, Harvest Restaurant & Barracks Bar)

As the Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll work closely with the leadership team to create the F&B vision.

You'll support the F&B Supervisors and team members in the execution and delivery with a focus on ensuring food and beverage quality, guest service quality standards, departmental revenue and profit goals are met.

You’ll also ensure the food & beverage department adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.

**What we need from you**
To be successful in this role you will:

- You will have proven ability to work alongside a team and collaborate with key stakeholders; invoking the ability to explore new ways of working around how we can drive the hotel opening, engage & inspire the colleagues and deliver on modern restaurant & bar experiences.
- You will have demonstrated capability in influencing and impacting business strategy and exposure to working in a modern food environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work with guests and champion a restaurant concept alongside strong financial, analytical and business acumen partnered with proven ability to deliver on set targets will also be highly advantageous.
- You must hold the unlimited and unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
- Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Be able to work across a 7 day rotating roster
- Have a passion for exceeding guest expectations and ensuring our guests enjoy an effortless stay
