Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley is looking for a **Casual Bar Food & Beverage Attendant**who knows how to shake, stir, and serve up more than just drinks—we want someone who can create memorable experiences with every pour.

Nestled just 45 minutes from Sydney at the foothills of the Blue Mountains and the Hawkesbury River, our hotel is home to 8 hectares of landscaped gardens, over 100 stylish guest rooms, two restaurants, dedicated event spaces, and the only Villa Thalgo Day Spa in Australia. But the real heart of our venue? Our Barracks Bar—where you’ll be bringing the energy to life.

**A little taste of your day-to-day**:

- Bring the buzz to our bar by crafting cocktails, pouring beers, and serving wines with flair
- Deliver the Crowne Plaza service style of “Dare to Connect” with every guest interaction
- Highlight promotions, daily specials, and your own pairing recommendations
- Serve food and drinks quickly and professionally—always with a smile
- Keep the bar and outlets looking sharp, stocked, and spotless
- Work closely with your teammates to ensure a seamless guest experience

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous bar experience (cocktail skills highly regarded)
- A passion for guest service and confidence to connect with people
- Current RSA & Food Safety Certification
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster (days, nights, weekends & public holidays)
- Current right to work in Australia
