**The Opportunity**

The Go-To-Market (GTM) Team identifies customer opportunities, aligns, and drives deliverables with our internal team members, and leads customer-centric, profitable GTM Programs.

This role supports and owns the execution of GTM initiatives and ensures the voice of the customer is at the forefront of MYOB’s thinking and decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support in-year strategy development for the relevant Customer Segment/Domain
- Shared responsibility for commercial and customer targets
- Contribute to sizing and validation of GTM Opportunities and CVP
- Engage with and capture frontline feedback on opportunities
- Define success metrics for owned GTM programs
- Ensures Voice of Customer feedback loops exist
- Support GTM Planning for prioritized programs
- Lead the execution of small GTM Programs
- Identify and facilitate mitigation of execution risks
- Support GTM program cadence and drive execution reporting
- Participate in Monthly Enablement GTM Sessions
- Track and report on GTM Program outcomes
- Review and evaluate the efficiency of allocated GTM Programs
- Optimize GTM programs to address performance gaps

**What will you bring**:

- Significant experience preferably in the B2B software or SaaS space
- Experience in strategy consulting, product development, marketing, or in a sales organization
- Knowledge of the small to medium business market, financial services, or accounting & professional services sector
- Experience in delivering operational and critical initiatives
- Driving GTM approach in SME, Accounting/Bookkeeper, Enterprise, Financial Services markets
- Launching online products and features
- Consistent record in working optimally with both product development and GTM marketing teams
- Strong communication skills, including crafting persuasive presentations and business cases
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
