**About Us**
Medical Forum is an independent medical media company and a trusted brand among doctors in WA. We publish a monthly glossy magazine, produce podcasts, and deliver a suite of digital products for the WA medical community.

**The Role**
We’re looking for a **Casual Marketing Assistant** to join our team on a casual project basis, with the potential for ongoing work. Your main focus will be cleaning and updating our **Salesforce CRM marketing database**, helping us ensure our records are accurate and ready for future campaigns.

**You’ll Be Doing**:

- Reviewing, cleaning, and updating Salesforce contact records
- Ensuring data is accurate, consistent, and well-organised
- Assisting with basic marketing admin as needed

**We’re Looking For Someone Who**:

- Is in their final year of university or a recent graduate (marketing, business, communications, or similar)
- Has strong attention to detail and a knack for organisation
- Works independently and manages their own time well
- Is comfortable using technology (Salesforce experience is a bonus, but not required)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
