**OZ Bin Cleaning** is Australia’s leading bin cleaning company, proudly servicing Commercial, Industrial, Government and Residential clients since 2001. We specialise in the professional cleaning, sanitising, and deodorising of all types and sizes of bins across major cities and regional areas.

We’re currently seeking a **self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Bin Cleaning Operator** to join our growing team. This is a **mobile, full-time role** ideal for someone who lives in the Central Coast or Newcastle area, takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and is committed to delivering high-quality service

**About the Role**:
Bin cleaning operators are the frontline of our business, and we have an awesome well established team that is growing rapidly.
- Drive a fully equipped and customised OZ Bin Cleaning vehicle to scheduled client locations across Sydney.
- Clean, sanitise, and deodorise bins at pre-arranged times, following daily run sheets.
- Work **autonomously**, managing your time and route effectively throughout the day.
- Return to our Mount Kuring-Gai (2080) base at the end of each day to prepare for the next day.
- Company vehicle is fully fitted and maintained to the highest standards.

**Full training is provided** - no prior experience in bin cleaning required. You'll be supported from day one and guided through all processes to ensure your success in the role.

This is a full time position paying above award rates and reviewed quarterly.

**Key must haves**:

- Physically fit - this is a fast-paced, hands-on role.
- Strong attention to detail and takes pride in delivering clean, quality results.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- A professional attitude with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Have a current NSW driver’s license (No Restricted, Learners or Provisional License)  with a very good driving history.
- Patient and understands excellent customer service is paramount

**Desirable experience**:

- Previous experience in driving daily
- Experience driving a manual vehicle. (not essential)
- Experience as a courier, delivery driver, cleaner or labourer
- Previous experience in any autonomous roles.
- Team players - who are reliable, resilient, and trustworthy.
- Capable of following instructions and can handle changes at short notice.
- Customer Focused - makes an effort to understand and offer solutions to clients.
- Curious - willingness to learn, grow and take on responsibility.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
