**THE ROLE**:

- Hiring, managing and training of staff
- Creating and maintaining rosters and labour forecasting
- Ordering and stock taking of beverage stock and consumables
- Manage set up, operation and pack down of establishment
- Manage the maintenance and repairs of the venue’s equipment and facilities
- Manage functions and events
- Engage with the local community through Social Media and other channels
- Develop and update promotional material and menus as required
- Sales reporting, forecasting and invoicing

**THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES**:

- Must possess strong leadership skills, be punctual and well presented;
- Have experience in a Managerial role;
- Must hold a current RSA Certificate;
- Knowledge of cocktails, wine and craft beer preferred but not essential;
- Customer service and creativity skills to increase venue revenue by promoting functions and events;
- Experience in the day to day running of a venue/bar;
- Have a high attention to detail;
- Be reliable and trustworthy;
- Experienced in sales techniques and wage control;
- Experience in Shopify, Excel & Xero will be viewed favourably;
- Ability to analyse sales data and budget expectations
- Proven ability to provide team training & ability to provide constructive feedback on team performances and a willingness to pass on knowledge and mentor team members to help them improve and excel in their roles;
- Contribute to a culture of care and safety, ensuring it becomes a way of life within the business.
- Passion to regularly review existing procedures & implement new procedures where required to ensure continual improvement of the culture and business.
- Social Media skills to engage and promote with our local community;
- And lastly you are VIBRANT and FUN and enjoy working in hospitality

**Salary**: $58,474.74 - $100,387.99 per year

**Experience**:

- Bar management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
