We are currently seeking a professional Administrative Manager to join our clients team in Croydon. This role is pivotal in maintaining the operational excellence of thecentre, supporting the staff, and ensuring a warm, welcoming environment for the families.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional front-of-house management, including meeting, greeting, and assisting visitors and families.
- Conduct tours of the facility for prospective families, offering comprehensive insights into our services and facilities.
- Ensure efficient processing of invoices, fees, and payments, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Support the Centre Manager with administrative duties, working closely to facilitate smooth daily operations.
- Uphold a solid understanding of computer software (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) to produce documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Foster a professional and welcoming environment, emphasizing strong professional etiquette in all communications.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Police check.
- Completion of Child Protection Training.
- Certification in 'Do Food Safely' or willingness to obtain.
- No childcare qualifications are necessary, but a passion for creating a supportive and welcoming atmosphere is a must.
