**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a similar role within a bar, nightclub, or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- RSA certification is required.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a fun, memorable atmosphere.

**About the Job/Responsibilities**:

- Provide attentive and personalized bottle service to guests, ensuring their experience is of the highest standard.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our beverage offerings, including wines, spirits, and cocktails, to make recommendations based on guests' preferences.
- Prepare and present bottle service orders, including setting up and serving beverages at tables.
- Ensure all bottle service areas are clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift.
- Handle transactions accurately, including processing payments and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with the bar and waitstaff to ensure seamless service.
- Uphold the venue's standards for customer service and hospitality at all times.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible service of alcohol (RSA) requirements.
