Wantirna South, Australia Haines Educational Full time

Haines Educational is a leading supplier of science and laboratory equipment to Australian schools. We are looking for a motivated and experienced customer service and office administration all-rounder. This is a full time position based in Wantirna South, Victoria.

Responsibilities include:

- Receiving incoming calls
- Processing and tracking sales orders using our ERP system, Netsuite, and our online platform, Magento
- Preparing quotes
- Updating of product and customer information on our systems
- Resolving after sales issues, including the preparation of product return documentation
- General office management duties.

Requirements include:

- Prior customer service experience (preferably experience with a company selling technical products)
- A "can-do" attitude
- Outstanding communication skills (written and oral) and a well spoken and polite telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical, numeracy and computer skills (especially in Word, Outlook and Excel)
- Ideally a technical product background and ability to understand and impart technical product information to customers
- A mature outlook and the ability to work in a small team

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
