**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Lockheed Martin's Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Analyst to join our team in Canberra.
By fostering these personable attributes, the Business Development Analyst will not only excel in their day-to-day responsibilities but also inspire confidence, encourage collaboration, and drive meaningful growth for Rotary and Mission Systems within the Australian market

**Strong Strategic Thinking Skills**: Exceptional strategic acumen, ability to analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes and translate these insights into business development strategies. The ability to think ahead, anticipate challenges, and adapt plans will be crucial in navigating the dynamic defence and aerospace industry.
**Customer Relationship Expertise**: Building and nurturing strong customer relationships is vital for success in this role. You will need to possess empathetic listening skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to understand and address customer needs. Establishing trust and maintaining close ties with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term collaboration.
**Collaborative Team Player**: As part of a multifunctional team you will need to have a positive, and collaborative mindset. Be comfortable working closely with colleagues from different disciplines and levels of the organisation, contributing ideas and sharing knowledge to achieve common goals.
