With national and state-based customer contracts, you'll have the chance to work on a diverse range of cases and collaborate with an incredible group of clients.

Full time and part time positions are available. Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Psychologists are encouraged to apply.

**What you will be doing**:

- Providing high-quality rehabilitation services to clients across a range of sectors, including workers' compensation, motor vehicle accidents, and public liability claims
- Conducting assessments such as functional, ergonomic, and home assessments to identify barriers to recovery and develop return-to-work plans
- Case management, including developing and monitoring rehabilitation plans, liaising with key stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records
- Building relationships with clients, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes for all parties
- Participating in business development activities, including networking and identifying new business opportunities
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of rehabilitation services through research, evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives

**What you will need**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
- Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
