The Role
We are looking for an Accounts all-rounder to manage all aspects of the accounts payable and receivable function, customer service and administrative duties. You will have a real warmth in how you communicate, with an engaging proactive nature and love to assist in providing exceptional customer service.
Your success in this role will come down to your positive attitude, a strong work ethic, willingness to go the extra mile and your natural ability to build rapport and communicate in a meaningful way, with internal and external stakeholders.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Manage all Accounts Payable and Receivable in MYOB
- Invoice Customers when necessary
- Ensuring all Debtors are managed and reconciled monthly
- Ensuring all Creditors are managed and reconciled monthly
- Reconciliation of Bank Account to MYOB
- Using initiative to identify and recommend process and system improvements

** What we're looking for**:

- Strong experience in general bookkeeping / accounting, including AP and AR
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Suite, and good computer literacy
- Experience with MYOB would be highly advantageous
- Positive work ethic with a can-do attitude
- A self-starter who can work autonomously
