Cutcher & Neale is at the forefront of business systems consultancy. We specialise in supplying operational system solutions, implementation, consulting, automation development and support services. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic Level 1/2 Support Consultant to bolster our team.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Collaborate with our team and software vendors to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both our clients and software vendors.
- Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain process documentation.
- Provide training to end-users to ensure effective use of their system.
- Record software inventories and oversee site licensing.
- Occasionally travel to client premises and engage in some interstate travel.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Prior experience with operational systems (ERP).
- Exposure to an entry level accounting system (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks Online).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently within a team.
- Problem-solving skills, with a knack for adhering to deadlines and procedures.
- Broad understanding of accounting and bookkeeping processes.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Experience in reconciling financial statements.
- Knowledge of mobile solutions.
- Previous experience in an account's role or a background in accounting.
- A keen interest in both business processes, AI and other modern technologies.
