**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- ** Event Planning and Execution**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, equipment setup, and guest lists.
- ** Community Engagement**:

- Collaborate with photographers and community members to create engaging and meaningful experiences.
- Act as a primary point of contact for community stakeholders, fostering strong and positive relationships.
- ** Project Management**:

- Develop and maintain event/project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met.
- Anticipate challenges and implement solutions to ensure the smooth execution of events.
- ** Marketing and Communication**:

- Provide regular updates to team members, stakeholders, and leadership on event progress.
- ** Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance community engagement and event success.

Your previous extensive experience as an Event Manager will be key for you to hit the ground running in this role. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

- Proven experience in events management or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in managing budgets and timelines effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- An understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite (ideal).
- An understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Lightroom, and Photoshop (ideal)
