Dental Receptionist

Tasks and responsibilities for successful dental reception applicants:

- Assisting patients and organizing appointments whether it be scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
- Liaising with dental laboratories on various lab work
- General reception duties to support day to day requirements of the clinic, like updating medical forms and answering phone calls.

About you:

- Able to speak proficient Mandarin, in addition to English
- Friendly, bubbly and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve and prioritize

Please note, we operate on daily 8 hour shifts.

Experienced applicants are welcomed but are not necessary, as all training will be provided. Building happy and friendly patient relationships is central to the role's purpose of supporting sustainable growth for the practice.

**Salary**: $21.00 - $34.31 per hour

- Weekend availability
