Global Skills Development is an RTO specialises in providing Safety, Training & Risk Compliance Services, as well as Heights Safety Systems.
Due to on-going growth, we are currently looking for a Training Coordinator to assist with daily duties and coordinating trainers and resources. This role reports to the Service Manager.
The role would suit someone that is proficient with computer software, administration skills and has a strong customer care focus. We pride ourselves on building strong relationships with our clients.
The role will focus on the following key points, but not limited to:
- Managing bookings
- Book resources for courses
- Processing documentation/assessments
- Assist project team with managing the Training Booking Inbox
- Liase with the Funding Officer to ensure all eligible participants are in the system
- Provide Admin support to the leadership team.
- Liaise with Admin and Accounts
Experience in the Vocational Sector would be an advantage.
The role is based in the ACT (Mitchell 2912), 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) 0830 - 1630
**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual
**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
