My client is an established Australian based gold producer with established operations in Western Australia.

**Your new role**

This client is looking for an experienced Underground Trainer to join the business to be primarily responsible for ensuring the overall team have the systems, processes, knowledge, and training to work and return homes safely each day

**What you'll need to succeed**
***
As a role model for the broader team, you will lead by example with a commitment to coaching and training the broader team.
- Review and conduct onsite training of personnel;
- Maintain training matrix data;
- Facilitate onsite underground inductions;
- Continuously, and where required develop training packages and other critical training documentation to ensure compliance;
- Coordinate and execute training and assessment in accordance with Training standards and site specific training plan.
- Be influential in establishing and maintaining a high level of training systems within a growing business and be able to actively work and collaborate with the site team
- Undertake field observations to ensure performance of personal operating procedures.
- Competent in operating various underground equipment
- Develop and maintain the training management system to ensure training records are accurate
- Have a Cert IV in Training and Assessing;
- Demonstrated experience in an underground Training position;
