**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Design Support: Assist the senior architectural team members in generating innovative design concepts and transforming them into detailed plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations. Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and design discussions.

Software Skills: Knowledge of additional design software is considered a bonus. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign will be advantageous for creating presentation materials, mood boards, and design proposals. Familiarity with PowerPoint and Excel will be beneficial for compiling project data and assisting with project management tasks.

Documentation: Support the team in preparing and organizing architectural documentation, including construction drawings, specifications, and design presentations.

Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with architects, designers, consultants and other team members to actively participate in project meetings, exchanging ideas, and contributing constructively to the design process.

Research: Conduct architectural research on materials, construction techniques, and industry trends to inform design decisions and enhance project outcomes.

**Requirements**:
Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in architecture or a related field. A portfolio of previous architectural work is an advantage but not mandatory.

Software Skills: Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is beneficial. Familiarity with PowerPoint and Excel is an advantage.

Creativity and Design Acumen: Demonstrated creativity and an eye for design aesthetics. The ability to think critically and contribute innovative ideas to the design process.

Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.

Enthusiasm: A passion for architecture and a desire to learn and grow within the field.

**Salary**: $10,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
