QIBA is a nationally accredited registered training organisation with campuses in Sydney and Brisbane. You will be based in our Sydney CBD office and become a valued member of our team.

**Primary Objective**:

- Responsibilities
- Ensure all placements are compliant and meet deadlines
- Liaise with ACS regarding all Internship matters
- Prepare and adhere to reporting deadlines for ACS Reports in accordance with the ACS Internship Framework Manual
- Liaise with the PY Admin team and the ACS team in arranging Internship transfer reports, as required
- Update the Student Management System - aXcelerate - as required
- Prepare workflow in aXcelerate
- Carefully Vet and conduct due diligence with Host Companies so to meet eligibility as outlined in the ACS Internship Framework
- Administer the Own Employment and Self-Sourced Internship Placements
- Assist the Internship team with Mid-Visits and Pre-Enrolment Interviews as needed
- Assist the Internship team in conducting Host Company Site Inspections
- Maintain positive relationships with existing and new host companies across all delivery locations
- Source future placement possibilities with Self-Sourced & Own Employment Companies
- Experience
- A minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role. Previous experience working in an RTO and working with international students would be highly desirable
- Requirements/Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills at all levels (written, verbal and interpersonal)
- The ability to exercise good judgment and to meet strict deadlines
