**About the role**:
Using your skills and experience in a Policy role, you will support the implementation of the organisational clinical policies and regulatory policies. This includes development of new policies and procedures along with cyclical reviews.
This is a part time position at 32 hours per week.
**To be successful you will need**:

- Experience working in aged care or health related industry
- Experience drafting and developing organisational policies and procedures
- Demonstrated research skills with an ability to understand and implement legislative requirements, external standards and current best practice to inform policy development
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
- High level organisational, time management and administrative ability
- Proven ability to complete projects and meet deadlines with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work collaboratively and consultatively with a team and key stakeholders
- Demonstrated high-level computer skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software.
- Current Driver’s License
