We are currently seeking an Full time Baker to join our Bakery team at. brumbys mountain creek

Brumbys mountain creek bakery operates over a 7-day period, production team starting hours from (10pm to 6am). or. (11pm to 7am)

The successful applicant must be available to work a range of different shifts within this period. Flexible working arrangements.

Weekend and public holiday work will be required.

Your key roles and responsibilities will include:

- Producing great tasting breads, pastries and sweets
- Working with other head Bakers and the retail Manager to ensure a high standard of the product quality and range is achieved
- Excellent organisational and communication skills to ensure product is delivered on time to meet customer demands
- Achieving a high standard of cleanliness
- Maintain a high level of safety
- Providing excellent customer service
- Supporting other team members and foster good working relationships

we are also Looking for **Apprentice Baker**

As an Apprentice Baker, you will receive on-going training and development, and the opportunity to work. start your career as apprenticeship baker.

**Salary**: $45,126.44 - $71,888.61 per year
