Bakers

Our client **CANOZI PTY LTD FOR THE CANOZI WEALTH TRUST** is looking to employ **BAKERS **in multiple positions at **Bakers Delight Buderim**. Master in all things pastry and bread, they offer a range of Queensland’s best options. They have been delighting customers every day with delicious, freshly baked bread. From their classic loaves to our artisanal sourdoughs, their bread is baked fresh each day using traditional recipes and real ingredients.

**Job tasks and responsibilities not limited to**:

- Mixing, preparing, weighing and measuring ingredients for the preparation of goods.
- Decorating pastries using different icings, toppings, etc., ensures the presentation will be beautiful and exciting.
- Glazing buns and pastries and decorating cakes with cream and icing
- Craft artisan sourdoughs, gourmet pies, pastries, cakes, and tarts
- Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget for management.
- Check the quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.
- Complying with food hygiene and safety requirements.
- Keep a sanitised and orderly environment in the kitchen.
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
- Keeping accurate records.
- Operating a variety of kitchen equipment.
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work even environment.
- Plan & prepare the production and schedule.

**To be considered for this role, you should**:

- Be willing to relocate if you are interstate or in other cities.
- Be available on both days at weekends and be able to work split shifts.
- Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field
- Qualified Baker/ Pastry Cook with 2-3 years of experience
- Ability to work in a team.
- Very good communication skills

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: $55,000.00 to $ 70,000.00 /year

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Queensland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Baker/Pastry Cook: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English or Equivalent English (required)

Licence/Certification:
